Stewardship Wealth Management, LLC (“Stewardship Wealth Management,” “SWM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal and financial information entrusted to us by our clients, prospective clients, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, when we share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to information collected through our website, by phone, in person, through our forms, and through our client relationship management and communication systems.

Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect the following categories of information:
Identifying information: name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and similar contact details. Financial and account information: information you provide so we can deliver financial planning and wealth management services, such as income, assets, investment objectives, account details, and information from applications and forms. Information you provide directly: details you share when you contact us, request information, schedule an appointment, complete an intake or onboarding form, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text. Website and technical information: information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data, including through cookies and similar technologies.
We collect this information directly from you, from forms and documents you complete, from your interactions with us, and, where applicable, from third parties involved in providing our services (such as custodians or our broker-dealer) with your authorization.

i) Provide, manage, and improve our financial planning and wealth management services;
ii) Open, service, and administer accounts and respond to your requests and inquiries;
iii) Schedule and confirm appointments and send reminders;
iv) Send account and service updates and important notices;

vi) Maintain the security and integrity of our systems and records; and vii)
Comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the services you have requested or the operation of our firm.
III. Text messaging (SMS) terms and privacy
Stewardship Wealth Management offers text messaging to clients and prospective clients who have opted in through our website chat widget or inquiries. By opting in, you agree to receive conversational and informational SMS messages that may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, account and service updates, and direct responses to your inquiries. We do not send marketing, promotional offers, or investment solicitations via SMS.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Stewardship Wealth Management, LLC. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number and SMS consent are used solely to deliver the
messages described above.
IV. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate our firm and serve you,including:
i) Service providers: companies that perform services on our behalf (for example, technology, communications, scheduling, and administrative providers) under obligations to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us;
ii) Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
iii) Financial institutions we work with: such as our broker-dealer and custodians, as needed to provide and service your accounts and with your authorization; and
iv) Legal and regulatory requirements: when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our firm, or others.
As stated in Section 3, mobile opt-in and SMS consent information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
V. Financial privacy (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act)
As a financial services firm, we are subject to federal privacy requirements, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and related regulations, which govern how we collect, use, and protect your nonpublic personal financial information. Securities and advisory services are offered through our broker-dealer and investment adviser relationships, which may provide you with a separate privacy notice describing their own information practices. This Privacy Policy describes Stewardship Wealth Management’s practices and is intended to work alongside, not replace, any privacy notice provided by those firms.
VI. Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These measures include access controls that limit employee access to client information to those who need it to perform their duties, password and authentication controls for our systems, secure handling of records in our client relationship management and communication systems, and ongoing attention to cybersecurity practices. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Access to client information within our firm is limited to personnel who need it to perform their job responsibilities. Our employees are subject to confidentiality obligations and are expected to handle client information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applicable California law, California residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
