These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of communications and services provided by Stewardship Wealth Management, LLC (“Stewardship Wealth Management,” “SWM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our text messaging (SMS) program. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, or by otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

I. Eligibility Must be 18 or older

Our services and communications, including our text messaging program, are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive messages or otherwise using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or send program messages to anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

II. Text messaging (SMS) program

By opting in through our website chat widget, you consent to receive informational and conversational text messages from Stewardship Wealth Management at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service updates, and direct responses to your inquiries. We do not send promotional, sales, or marketing text messages. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

III. OPT-IN & OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP"to any text messages you recieve from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

V. Carrier liability

You agree to provide accurate and current information, including a mobile number that belongs to you, and to notify us if your number changes or is reassigned. You agree not to use our communications or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
